“A Private Association Seeking to Reverse Human Senescence”

Dear Member,

The purpose of this email is to inform you of a proposal to form a community of individuals who want to practice ultra-healthy lifestyles and engage in a spectrum of experimental age reversal interventions that are scheduled for upcoming clinical trials.

At the end of this email, you will be provided with a link to the volunteer spearheading this unique research project.

This proposal is separate from the upcoming Vitality in Aging Interventions Trial.

There are other developments that I will convey in upcoming Age Reversal Updates.

This email describes a pilot non-profit program being initiated by a volunteer of our Age Reversal Network.

Benefits of Group Participation
More people than ever are attempting to engage in healthy lifestyles.

Yet it is still challenging for most of us to flawlessly follow comprehensive disease-preventing eating patterns, exercise routines, diagnostics, and aggressive use of regenerative interventions.

In other words, there is often a lack of organized “support” to encourage you to follow a consistent super-longevity lifestyle.

Our Age Reversal Network seeks to provide this kind of guidance and comradery via email updates, email exchanges and conferences. But it is not the same as living in a community of people who each day explore and self-experiment with a range of health-promoting regimens.

The Plan
For the past 3 years, one of our volunteer activists has been exploring geographic options throughout the United States to form a super-longevity community.

The premise is to identify affordable housing to provide the proposed “age-reversal colony” with access to a high level of anti-aging medical expertise and daily participation in healthy behavior patterns.

One of my interests with this proposed super-longevity community is for it to serve as a cohort for upcoming self-funded clinical trials. This includes the Vitality in Aging Longitudinal Study that will enable participants to gain access to regenerative interventions and diagnostics at heavily subsidized prices.

The plan for this super-longevity community is to study members who will follow ultra-healthy lifestyles and engage in the interventions that have resulted in lifespan extensions in human and animal studies.

We will compare baseline blood and other tests of those who participate in this “age reversal colony” to those who only undergo the medical interventions such as metformin, senolytics, autophagy inducers and NAD^+ restoration.

The proposed group will also function as “accountability buddies” to review each other’s diagnostic reports, current medical issues, adherence to rigorous healthy diet/lifestyles and monitor each other’s response to various experimental protocols aimed at improving healthy longevity.

While this concept may appear unusual, I believe it may form the basis of future retirement communities where the first question prospective buyers will ask is:

“What kind of age-reversal medical program do you offer?”

Are You Interested?
I like the concept of a super-longevity community, but I am not involved in this project beyond offering suggestions and informing the Age Reversal Network of what is being contemplated.

It will involve a group of 10 or more people moving into a community setting that will allow proximity and cost-effective access to a range of programs designed to sustain healthy longevity.

A 3-month to 1-year lease may be required to secure living quarters and ensure the group stays together during this attempt to improve conventional health parameters and reverse aging biomarkers such as “epigenetic age” using DNA methylation tests.

Before securing rental housing and preparing other logistics, the volunteer spearheading this proposed age-reversal colony needs to know how many people are interested.

Please know before I go any further, this program will not suit many of you. Some may not want to be restricted to a vegan diet for 21-or-more days, and others may not like communal living or the other rigorous requirements of this unique clinical study.

How Much Will This Cost?
The volunteer-activist organizing this community has spent the past 3 years identifying a location that can provide affordable housing and an established super-healthy lifestyle program with a long track record.

Discounted “research prices” have been negotiated to make this affordable to as many of you as possible. Participation can be for 3 to 12 months (or possibly longer). Here are the numbers:
a. Lodging in uniquely designed communal living quarters that accommodate about 5 people per house: $400- $800 per person. The total house rent including utilities is $3,000 per month, so the monthly, per-person price of $400-$800 will vary depending on the room selected and number of people sharing the house. The good news is that the first 21 days rent has been negotiated down to zero.
b. A 21-day life transformation program that includes all your organic vegan meals, exercise programs, individual counseling, full campus access to mineral spas and a host of other amenities. This 21-day program also includes access to one each of a wide range of health-promoting services that can be reviewed via the link provided at the end of this email.
* The cost of 21-day “life transformation program” is $7,600. If that sounds expensive, compare it to a 3-week cruise where you will be overfed unhealthy cuisine and tempted to engage in all kinds of less-than-wholesome activities.
c. The plan is for you to have a baseline blood analysis (and regular blood pressure checks) that include the comprehensive Age Management Panel + DNA methylation tests to measure your “epigenetic age”. These tests will be repeated after you complete the 21-day life transformation program. The blood tests will again be repeated after you complete the four experimental age-reversal interventions at the end of the 90-day minimum stay period.
* The discounted research price of the Age Management Panel + DNA methylation is $795 (commercial lab price is over $3,000). You will have these tests done 3 times over three months so your total cost for these diagnostics is $2,385 (3 x $795). If you go for the 12-month program, there will be 3 more tests panels done for another cost to you of $2,385.
d. The physician overseeing the medical interventions has agreed to do this at the discounted price of $350 per person.
e. The interventions themselves cost relatively little. Below is a rough estimate of what the regenerative interventions will cost if you engage in the 3-month program:
* Metformin: $48
* Senolytic (Bio-Fisetin + quercetin): $30
* Autophagy inducing nutrients: $50
* NAD^+ precursor (double dose): $100

The total of all this for the first three months is about:
* Lodging: $1,000-$2,000 (first 21-30 days free)
* 21-day Program: $7,600 (includes all meals + many services)
* Physician: $350 (all visits for 3-12 months)
* Interventions: $228
* Healthy meals and juicing after first 21-days: $2,500
* Local transportation: $200
* Age Management Panel + DNA methylation: $2,385 (3 test panels)

Total cost for 3 months of all the above is approximately $15,263.

The plan is for you to have the options of participating in this program for 3 to 12 months.

We anticipate that if you participate for one-year, the price per month (after the first 3 months) will be around $2,500 per month for lodging, organic vegan fully sprouted food/juices, regenerative interventions, and physician oversight.

This monthly estimate of $2,500 may be reduced if you share rooms in the communal houses that have been found (assuming there are enough people interested to fill the houses).

If you select the 12-month program, you will have to pay for the 3 additional Age Management Panel + DNA methylation tests that will cost $2,385 (3 x $795 per test) over the course of month 4 through 12.

One of the biggest hurdles was securing affordable real estate to rent for up to one year, which apparently has been accomplished.

Robust follow-up communications are planned after the 3-12-month period with your “accountability buddies” via email, phone, network postings and diagnostics conducted at nationwide blood draw stations and satellite clinical trials medical offices.

Again, the estimated cost for the 3-month program that includes lodging and meals and an intensive 21-day “life transformation program” is $15,263. This includes the diagnostic blood tests and regenerative interventions under a clinical trial design.

This is not a profit-driven venture but a self-funded clinical study at subsidized pricing. If there are enough participants, I will fund ancillary study costs that will likely exceed $10,000.

If you are interested in being part of this proposed super longevity community, please email Steve Frank at stevefrank58@gmail.com (mailto:stevefrank58@gmail.com?subject=Re%3A%20Longevity%20community%20inquiry%20from%20Age%20Reversal%20Network) and he can convey more precise details as this project evolves.

Please know that Steve Frank is wholly responsible for executing this program.

The objective is to ascertain whether super-healthy diet/lifestyles + regenerative interventions induce meaningful reversals of biological aging measures and improvements in health status measured by blood pressure, body composition, changes in one’s clinical status, along with a myriad of meticulous blood tests.
For longer life,
Bill Faloon, Volunteer
Age Reversal Network
