Hi Roc, I recently heard from a friend/grad student in biochemistry here at UNR, and from my acupuncturist in Berkeley, that an allegedIy definitive European study was published not long ago showing (I THINK) that no vitamins except Vit D3 have any scientifically demonstrable value to good health outcomes.
