Is there enough quercetin in Mito-C to do the trick?  Unfortunately, Mito-C only has 20 mg per capsule, and ideally one should eat 500 mg per day. Fruits and vegetables are the primary dietary sources of quercetin, particularly citrus fruits, apples, onions, parsley, sage, tea, and red wine. Apples. – 5 mg per 100 g (roughly half an apple). …Berries. –22 mg per 100 g and blueberries have 7-14 mg per 100 g (which equals about a cup). …Dark-colored grapes. – 3 mg per 100 g (a typical bunch).
